My clients are individuals who are motivated towards growth, but who are also struggling with feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I work with a wide range of ages and life stages with a passion for children and young adults dealing with challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or major life transitions. Ultimately, my clients seek to heal, to build resilience, and to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I am committed to providing a safe and compassionate environment for healing and growth. I have particular experience supporting children and young adults. My primary modality in therapy is CBT. I value ongoing learning and I continually strive to expand my clinical skills to offer effective, evidenced-based care.
Making the decision to engage in therapy can feel intimidating. It's ok to come with uncertainty, questions, and mixed emotions. You just have to be willing to take the first step. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change, I invite you to contact me to see if we would be a good fit to begin working towards the life you want.
