I am a licensed professional with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling both in NY and Hawaii. I have additional training in grief counseling and gestalt psychotherapy. I have worked in various settings with individuals of all ages. My personal experiences using mindfulness practices and living an intentional lifestyle also influence my practice.
