My trauma informed therapy style integrates beliefs about people and issues derived from my Christian faith as well as empowering principles from individual psychology.

I see stress and isolation invading all our nervous systems by disrupting our sleep patterns, straining relationships, and compromising our overall sense of wellbeing. My hope for my clients experiencing these or other issues are that they leave therapy ultimately feeling more connected—to themselves, God, significant others, family, and community.
