I am an integrative, experiential, and holistic therapist. Each of my interventions have the focus of empowering you in whatever issues are arising. My trauma informed therapy style integrates beliefs about people and issues derived from my Christian faith as well as empowering principles from individual psychology.

I see stress and isolation invading all our nervous systems by disrupting our sleep patterns, straining relationships, and compromising our overall sense of wellbeing.
