Whether it is the natural growth and self-discovery that occurs during adolescence and young adulthood, or an intentional (or unforeseen!) change of trajectory later in life, having a safe space to explore and work through these changes with a therapist can be both healing and empowering. Clients that are struggling with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship conflicts, or family of origin issues can find healing and hone their coping skills with consistent therapy.
I offer my clients a personalized treatment plan that pulls from my training in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative and Alderian principles, Mindfulness and psychoeducation to help them to address their therapeutic goals. I am bilingual and culturally competent in English and Spanish.
I believe that mental and emotional healing and wellbeing is central to feeling empowered in our daily lives. My practice is focused on helping my clients to resolve their past trauma and relationship conflict, to alleviate their current mental health concerns, and to assist them in identifying goals for their future.
