Working with a wide range of mental health issues and emotional struggles, from depression and anxiety to PTSD and marital problems, requires a multidimensional approach. Addressing each individual's unique challenges with empathy and understanding can help them navigate their journey toward healing and growth. By offering a safe space for individuals to explore their emotional wounds and inner conflicts, I try to guide clients toward self-discovery and resilience.
I offer marriage/premarital, family, and individual counseling. From anxiety, depression, and trauma to just the everyday dysfunctionality in relationships or needing a safe place to talk things through, I will be a non-judgmental person to process things with and plan out goals to meet in the future. I use CBT, the direct approach, the Gottman Method, etc.
I am committed to ongoing professional growth and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements. I regularly attend workshops, conferences, and seminars to enhance my expertise and expand my network of professionals. I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors, working out, watching the latest movies, enjoy chips & salsa.
