I love working with people from across the gender spectrum heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and life stress. If you're struggling, particularly with mid life changes or are late-diagnosed neurodivergent, let's connect! Queer-welcoming, sex positive, and ENM experienced. I offer EMDR and work with ages 18+. I believe firmly in the power of radical acceptance. Whatever the experience may be; noticing, accepting, expressing, and finding true choice helps us get underneath the symptoms to facilitate true growth and empowerment.
Through the use of eclectic interventions, I am guided by the principle of the Carl Rogers' quote, "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." I will accept you for who and where you are and honor you with no judgment.
I earned an MA in Mental Health Counseling ('12) and an EdS in Counselor Education ('13), a 200-hr yoga teaching certificate ('18), and a lot of real-world understanding through extensive life experience, including living as an undiagnosed autistic person until the age of 43.
