While each of our lives include their fair share of ups and downs, sometimes we need support to help us navigate what's going on. While I am located in New Jersey, I also maintain clinical licensure in Washington, DC and am certified to provide teletherapy in Florida and Vermont.
I am particularly passionate about perinatal mental health, including pregnancy/infant loss, infertility, postpartum, and adjustment to parenthood. I am trained by Postpartum Support International to assist clients facing these challenges, and am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention for the treatment of OCD/anxiety.
With diverse and in-depth experience in clinical mental health, I have assisted individuals, couples, and families find healing, understanding, and peace.
