I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. I’ve worked with people who have anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, family issues, and developmental disabilities.
I want to meet you where you’re at, and apply theories, techniques and skills that suit you and your needs/wants. I’m experienced in strength based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, and am happy to utilize approaches of all different sorts.
