I enjoy working with all ages (children, adolescents, and adults) as there is so much to learn from everyone.
I have provided treatment for a variety of mental health concerns, including: behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, stress, and life transitions. My approach is integrative, eclectic, and collaborative. I mostly draw from person-centered, cognitive-behavior, solution-focused, and expressive arts therapies.
