Hello, and welcome to my profile! Sometimes it feels like we are carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders, while other times, we may only crave the need for human interaction. Regardless of your reason for seeking therapy, I am fully devoted to accompanying you on your unique journey towards healing and growth in a safe and nonjudgmental space. You are the expert on your own life, and I strive to meet you where you are, in this moment. Collaboratively, we will work together to identify goals specific to your needs. I enjoy working with all ages (children, adolescents, and adults) as there is so much to learn from everyone.
I have provided treatment for a variety of mental health concerns, including: behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, stress, and life transitions. My approach is integrative, eclectic, and collaborative. I mostly draw from person-centered, cognitive-behavior, solution-focused, and expressive arts therapies.
