I offer art therapy and counseling to adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity, spiritual concerns, relationships, and more. I have experience working with people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities across various settings. I use person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches alongside somatic techniques, mindfulness practices, and art therapy interventions.
Art therapy opens the door for communication that is not strictly reliant on verbal processing. This creative process and artwork help empower the whole person - the physical, mental, spiritual, and creative. Art therapy is also highly adaptable, and no prior art experience is required. Traditional talk therapy is available as well.
My hope is to support clients in fostering self-awareness, empowerment, and hope as we move towards their goals and navigate life’s challenges. I engage my clients with openness, curiosity, and compassion so we can learn and grow together.
