I navigate from the belief that we all want to see and be seen well and to engage in complete freedom to be all that we are. As a therapist, my hope is that you will find that here. I practice psychotherapy through various modalities including psychodynamic, attachment-based, somatic attention, and trauma-informed theories. However, my foundational approach is Relational. I believe that if our wounds begin in relationship, they can only find healing within a restorative one.
With curiosity and compassion, we will discover how and from whom you learned to love yourself and others, and what experiences have informed your style of relating. From there, we will work together to bring awareness and make room for new, more fulfilling ways of relating, and a more integrated understanding of who you are.
Together, we will hold space for the pain, questions, and power which reside in you to make way for healing. Working with me includes engaging childhood relational patterns, understanding how they have formed who we are now in relationships, and healing the wounds that keep us from living the life we desire.
