Being a queer Latina has shaped my understanding of the nuanced journey of identity development. I work with folks of all backgrounds and identities, and I specialize in the intersection between trauma/chronic stress and physical health, reproductive and hormone problems, self-esteem and body image issues, queer folks, and first-generation Americans.
I strive to create a warm, reflective, and supportive space where authenticity is practiced. Laughter and playfulness are some of the ways I like to build a connection with clients!
