Do you ever feel like you're carrying too much, but you're not sure how to set it down? Are you feeling disconnected from yourself, your emotions, or the people around you? Maybe you’re unsure of where to begin, but you know something needs to change. Starting therapy can feel like a big leap, and it's completely okay to feel nervous or uncertain. I’m here to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be open and honest without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, challenges, and goals at your own pace. My goal is to guide you toward insight, healing, and positive change that feels right for you.
I have experience and enjoy working with various age groups. I have an integrative approach to counseling - pulling from multiple theoretical orientations. I specialize in working with individuals within the LGBTQ+ community as well as empowering individuals battling anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and those navigating through life transitions.
People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons, and whatever brings you here matters. Think of this as a safe space where we’ll team up to tackle your goals: whether that’s healing, growing, or just surviving Mondays. I’ll bring the support, you bring your real self, and together we’ll figure it out - with tears and laughs along the way.
