These patterns were likely ways you learned to protect yourself and survive! I'm here to help you identify root wounds & causes, regulate your nervous system, create healthier balanced relationships, and reconnect with your authentic self underneath. Therapy with me is collaborative and deeply individualized!

It's a two way street - I will listen and validate, but I will also offer feedback/guidance! It's important for me to be authentic and real - not just a blank slate. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach - so I will bring various trauma-informed practices according to your needs - insight talk therapy, somatic exercises, or EMDR/IFS if needed.

This virtual group is for women in their 30s/40s who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, over-functioning, anxiety, and self-doubt - especially those with a history of family trauma, enmeshment, or parentification. As a group, we explore boundaries, self-trust, letting go of responsibility for others emotions, fawning, & how to stop abandoning yourself in relationships. Each group includes teaching, journaling, and real-time processing with like minded women in a supportive space. You'll leave with insight, tools, and deeper connection to yourself & others. Open to women in NY, NJ, DC, and MD. New members on an ongoing basis.
