As your therapist, I believe that you are the expert of your life. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and to work together to develop a treatment approach based upon your unique desires and needs. While utilizing a non-judgmental, flexible approach, it is my duty to help you uncover your hopes and to create the future you wish to see. I hope to help you find the courage to embrace vulnerability and show up as your most authentic self.

My emphasis on developing a supportive therapeutic relationship promotes an environment that allows you to feel safe and comfortable while working towards change. Rest assured, your thoughts, feelings, and opinions are valued when working with me as your therapist. I feel passionate about helping adults work through various life challenges.

My clinical training has provided me with experience and knowledge working with self compassion, shame, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and life cycle transitions. I utilize a variety of modalities, most commonly Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR, where I help you to discover your strengths and work towards the future you desire.
