I provide treatment in outpatient and inpatient settings and am DBT-certified. Using a person-centered approach, I focus on your strengths and meet you where you are. I draw from CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches, tailoring therapy to your unique goals and needs.
