How can I help you? My specialty is working with individuals diagnosed with adult ADHD and chronic illness such as Multiple Sclerosis. My practice is Telehealth only - which makes it ideal for individuals with disabilities and who have busy schedules. I provide empathy, encouragement, patience, and trauma-informed care while helping you achieve your goals. I enjoy working with individuals with physical disabilities, neurodivergents, and individuals who have experienced various levels of trauma.
I have a clinical background working with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief and loss, domestic violence, sexual assault, and court mandated clients. I utilize various therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual client. Furthermore, I have a background in helping individuals from various backgrounds, cultures and belief systems.
