I am dedicated to helping others find inner peace, authenticity, and true meaning in life. As such, it is my primary objective to help my clients find purpose, passion, and self-generated fulfillment. I am deeply committed to helping my clients create the life they have always dreamed of by working towards meaningful goals and lasting change. We can live the life we have always envisioned once we expand our awareness and invest in our own personal growth.
I specialize in working with individuals who suffer from addiction(s), trauma, personality and mood disorders. I believe that treatment takes time, proper diagnosis through testing, and individualized treatment plans. I meet my patients where they are and help co-create a treatment plan that works best for them.
Often a multi-modal approach is the best treatment. This means we develop a plan using a combination of clinical skills (e.g., DBT, CBT, ACT, supportive talk therapy), recovery techniques (based on the 12 step model) and/or experiential techniques (e.g., mindfulness, yoga, meditation, art, music, exercise, biofeedback).
