Groups
30+ Eating Disorder Group
This group is for women 30 and older and will meet weekly to provide support to one another and learn skills to help manage their eating disorder. Group members have the opportunity to share their personal struggles and triumphs, while relating to the experiences of others. Topics discussed in group may include improving self-worth, maintaining a healthy internal locus of control, adjusting to body changes, developing personal identity, regulating emotions, and managing relationships. Services will be coordinated with all members of a participant's treatment team.
