I enjoy working with others on their journey through self exploration to work towards their own individual goals. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse issues and low self esteem. I believe in a client centered approach where we work together on finding the path to your personal needs.
I work primarily with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help you learn to change the way you think and feel about yourself and your stressors. I also use a mindfulness based approach to aid in developing coping skills for a variety of issues.
