Hi there! I specialize in supporting people through eating disorders, trauma, and BPD. I know that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so my goal is to make sure you always feel heard, understood, and truly connected. I aim to create a warm and relaxing space where you feel comfortable and at ease - (maybe even with a touch of humor)! As your therapist, I'm here to walk alongside you, bringing my authentic self into our work together. My hope is to build a strong, empathetic connection where we can explore new insights, challenge old patterns, and navigate even the toughest emotions with gentleness and care.
One of my favorite things about therapy is the ability to blend different approaches! I tend to lean towards psychodynamic, somatic, and emotion-focused modalities because they allow us to explore both your thoughts and your body’s experience. I also have specialized training in therapies tailored to eating disorders, trauma, and BPD.
Whether you prefer a therapist who listens and supports you, one who gently challenges you to grow, or someone who helps guide the conversation when you’re feeling stuck, we’ll find what works best for you.
