Along the way I have learned that a deeper understanding of self evolves from a deeper understanding of the “stuff” that causes us to think, believe, and behave in the way that we do. Most of the time, the “stuff” is handed down to us or imprinted on us in our childhood or from our experiences. A little about me: I am a dog mom, recently engaged, I love to travel and cook, and continuously put my library card to good use. While I am always willing to share small pieces of me, I am much more interested to learn about the colorful pieces of others.
