Deciding to start therapy is a brave, difficult decision! I have experience working with clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions among other circumstances. I utilize a client centered approach, meaning I offer empathetic understanding to those I work with. I also believe in utilizing a strengths-based approach to instill a sense of purpose and happiness.
I view therapy as a collaborative experience as I walk alongside you through difficult seasons of life.
