Hi everyone. I'm Alyssa (Uh-Lisa), and I have been practicing for over a decade. I specialize in working with women struggling in relationships. I help them move towards more healthy relationship dynamics with themselves, their partners, families, and friends. I also work with various women's issues including anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, and phase of life adjustments. Couples work is also a passion of mine. Areas of emphasis include communication, conflict resolution, and marriage enrichment. I offer 2 day marriage intensives for couples in crisis or at the brink of divorce.

Put simply, I help clients work towards their goals and develop the skills needed to do life and relationships well. My approach is eclectic as I do not believe their is a one-size-fits-all method that works for everyone. I am very feedback oriented and directive, and I meet clients where they are to help them get where they want to be.
