I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC/MHSP). I am based in Lebanon, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville. I offer telehealth for women struggling with codependency, grief, narcissistic abuse, divorce, phases of life adjustment, and various women's issues. I also work with couples, focusing on marriage enrichment, communication, and conflict resolution.
My approach to therapy varies as I believe there is no "one-size-fits-all." I use an attachment lens for case conceptualization, and then based on clients' needs, I primarily exercise CBT, Emotion Focused, and Solution Focused therapies throughout the therapeutic process.
In couples counseling, I use a lot of Emotion-Focused Therapy interlaced with The Gottman Method. I create a client-centered environment for my clients. I am a very directive and feedback-oriented therapist. I believe a collaborative working relationship is necessary to build trust and create change.
