I offer a different approach — one that blends art-making with ecotherapy walk and talk sessions. Whether we’re creating in the studio or walking together outdoors, these sessions invite you to slow down, reconnect, and explore what’s coming up in a more embodied, creative way.
I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, burnout, and identity exploration — including LGBTQ+ experiences.
I meet my client's needs in the moment in a creative, person-centered, and non-judgmental atmosphere. As an artist-therapist, I encourage exploration of both traditional and unconventional art processes and materials to expand your perception of art making all while reaching your therapeutic goals.
Your level of artistic knowledge or skill is not important. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and to provide a safe environment where you feel free to express yourself.
