I work with adults experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and & other challenges. My approach is compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practices, with a focus on helping clients build insight, resilience, & make meaningful change. My goal is to support clients in deepening their connection to themselves and moving toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. I work from a humanistic approach, meaning, deeply value each person’s individuality, autonomy, & inherent worth. I offer a collaborative space where clients can explore & process life experiences, and reconnect with their innate capacity for growth and healing.
As both an art therapist and counselor, I integrate creative expression with evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as EMDR. Art therapy allows clients to access & communicate emotions that may be difficult to put into words, opening pathways to insight, release, and transformation. No prior artistic experience is needed—only a willingness to explore.
