Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself? Are you looking for something beyond traditional coping skills? I work with sensitive, insightful individuals and young adults navigating anxiety, identity, and life transitions. My style is warm, creative, and affirming, blending CBT, mindfulness, IFS, and expressive arts. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients, sensitive or creative individuals, and young adults looking for clarity and connection. Our work goes beyond just talking; we’ll explore what’s underneath and find ways to help you actually feel different and understand things better.

Before pursuing my master’s at Fairfield University, I served as an Expressive Arts Coordinator, where I supported adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. I bring this grounding in both clinical care and creative expression to my sessions. My background in expressive arts means therapy with me isn’t just talking, it’s experiential.

Clients often come to me when traditional therapy hasn’t quite clicked. We’ll explore different parts of you, build practical tools, and use creative approaches to help you process.
