Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m honored you’re here. I work with adults facing anxiety, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and attachment patterns. Whether therapy is brand new for you or a familiar chapter, I believe the therapeutic relationship matters as much as the method or modality. I also offer clinical supervision for LCSWs and for MSWs completing hours toward their LCSW board exam.

My style is organic and intuitive, rather than rigid, weaving elements from different approaches based on what is most useful for you in the moment. Some days are deeply reflective; other days, something more concrete. What stays constant is a space that feels genuine and attuned to you.
