I specialize in working with children and teens, and women who have experienced anxiety and mood disorders related to pregnancy, childbirth, and coping with the postpartum experience. I have a unique expertise in treating individuals on the autism spectrum, and those with ADHD, OCD, and trichotillomania diagnoses. Many people seek treatment with me since I utilize exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP). I use play therapy, expressive arts, and sand tray therapy when working with children. With adults, I integrate art, breathwork, mindfulness and mind-body connection approaches into traditional talk therapy treatment.

My philosophy of practice is a warm, outgoing, and nonjudgmental style that supports a holistic view of healing. My goal when working with clients is to foster a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive space aimed at helping people’s ability to cope with their stressors. I believe that combining expressive arts into traditional talk therapy is the missing key.
