I work with children, teens, and women navigating anxiety, mood changes, infertility, fertility treatment, and the perinatal period. I’m also the creator of Saltwater Roots, the nation’s first infertility-focused mental health intensive. I specialize in autism, ADHD, OCD, and trichotillomania, using evidence-based approaches like ERP, along with play, art, sand tray, mindfulness, and nature-based practices.

I often weave expressive arts into therapy, using creativity, movement, and mindfulness to support healing, growth, and self-discovery.

An expressive-arts based therapeutic camp designed for children ages 6-11 with anxiety, autism, ADHD, trichotillomania, OCD, and depression to empower emotional resilience, social skills, and confidence in a supportive, fun environment! Offering a tailored approach, 1:1, and group therapy with each child. HSA debit/credit cards accepted. $895 per camper.
