I enjoy helping my clients grow into an authentic and empowered version of themselves! I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, attachment issues, depression, relationship issues, and self- esteem. The people I work with are usually tired of repeating the same patterns that are not working for them. I have spent most of my career working in a trauma center and at private practice treating a variety of client concerns. I have a particular passion for working with clients that struggle with emotion regulation and anxiety, and setting boundaries in relationships.
My approach to therapy is human-first, and I believe that a safe and comfortable therapeutic relationship is the foundation to healing. I am eclectic but will typically use a blend of psychodynamic, attachment, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I will often use humor and am expressive in session, as I don't believe therapy always has to be heavy.
