I feel uniquely privileged to be in a position to hear people's stories and support them as they navigate each step of their journey. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, compassionate space where you can freely explore your thoughts, process your experiences, and heal in a way that feels meaningful to you. I have particular experience and interest in working with teens and adults that are experiencing life transitions, navigating relationship conflict, healing from trauma, and learning how to manage their ADHD.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Prior to starting my work in private practice in 2021, I accumulated extensive experience assisting families in navigating school systems and working with justice-involved youth and families.
