Welcome! I specialize in helping adults, teens, and children with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, ADHD, stress management, parental separation, gender identity and sexuality exploration, grief and loss, trauma, and challenging life transitions. I have specialized training in working with people with Autism and enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA2S+. I believe in a person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach with strong values of empathy, compassion, and collaboration. I accept insurance and offer both in-person and telehealth therapy by phone and secure video.

Therapy is meant to be your time, for you to focus on you. I offer an eclectic mix of therapeutic interventions, tailored to your individual needs, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I am in-network with most insurances and we handle all billing paperwork for you. Our intake coordinator is happy to help, so please reach out if you have questions.

I provide office-based therapy, walk and talk therapy outside, equine assisted therapy, and remote therapy by phone and video. Email is generally the easiest way to reach me.
