My varied experiences in social work, nutrition, and parenting inform my practice. I pull from several of modalities to support you in a way that is holistic and creates space for you to live more fully. I work primarily with women through pregnancy and postpartum, parents of young children, young adults, and those in a process of faith deconstruction.
