Part of the human experience is that we are bound to experience something that throws us off our chosen path. Sometimes it is easy for us to bounce back to our normal lives and then there are those other times where it seems as if we are stuck on a rollercoaster of emotions and stress with no end in sight. At other moments, we think that we've dealt with our mental health monsters, only to have them keep popping up in random ways in our lives. Being in that kind of place can feel frustrating, confusing, lonely, and let's face it, scary because it is difficult to know how to get back on track.
I often hear this feeling described to me by my clients and I seem to have a knack for helping them understand how their experiences and relationships have shaped their lives, up to this point. I draw upon evidenced-based modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and IFS to help my clients reach their full potential.
More than my formal education and experiences, my personal experience with navigating my own path of suffering and growth is what makes me uniquely suited to act as a guide and companion in the discovering or re-discovering your path in life. Reach out when you are ready, so we chat and see if we are a good fit
