Part of the human experience is that we are bound to experience something that throws us off our chosen path. Sometimes it is easy for us to bounce back to our normal lives and then there are those other times where it seems as if we are stuck on a rollercoaster of emotions and stress with no end in sight. I draw upon evidenced-based modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and IFS to help my clients reach their full potential.
