As a neurodivergent person, my approach to therapy is grounded in a deep understanding of the unique and oftentimes disabling experiences associated with having a nontypical neurotype. Drawing from my personal journey, I help with clients who are navigating trauma or looking to foster a more compassionate connection with themselves. In my practice, I prioritize trauma-focused methods such as Internal Family Systems, Lifespan Integration, and psychedelic assisted therapy. These approaches aim to provide a holistic understanding of one's mind-body system and facilitate healing on multiple levels.
I work with 18+ aged adults who are LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent, including ADHDers, PDAers, HSPs, Autistics, AuDHDers, and those living with CPTSD. I support self identification/diagnosis and am familiar with issues relating to late diagnosis.
I aim to create a collaborative, safe, empowering space to process emotions and experiences, enhance self-awareness and intuition, and explore how to support your needs. So glad you're taking this important step in your mental health journey and I look forward to meeting you! Reach out via email for a free consultation to see if we'd be a good fit.
