We are more than our current situation, which is why I work to understand what it took to get you where you are today, including your strengths. I take a holistic approach to healing, while also utilizing evidence-based methods such as EMDR, art therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, and various talk therapy modalities, helping you process and tap into feelings that you may have struggled to find or articulate. Sometimes our human experience can affect us in ways we wish it didn’t, and I'd like to help you improve in areas that need most attention.
I have experience using a myriad of therapeutic media and modalities with individuals of many different cultural backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, sexualities, and gender expressions. My goal is to walk with you and instill confidence that you can find the security and self that you deserve.
