I provide an open, supportive, non-judgmental, and safe therapeutic environment for my clients. I am passionate about assisting clients in recognizing their strengths, building self-esteem and self-awareness, and learning skills to assist them in achieving their therapeutic goals and personal growth. I strongly believes that each individual has their own path to healing and is deserving of the support they need to be successful. Through a person-centered and strengths-based perspective, Alyssa incorporates integrative and evidence-based interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy and more.

I have spent my career helping children, teens, young adults, and their families improve their mental health and wellbeing while working in schools, residential youth homes, and community-based counseling. I have experience working with individuals that struggle with social, emotional, educational and behavioral difficulties, depression, anxiety, and more.
