While we explore the depths of our own selves, we can also benefit from someone holding space for the stress, anxiety, and trauma that each of us carry from life experiences. I have been working with children and teens for over 10 years, many with neurodivergent diagnoses, as I also carry a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis for those on the Autism spectrum. I can also help with the stress it leaves on family members and caregivers. Everyone needs a safe space to grieve, process and explore.
