Mental health and healing are an ongoing journey. As a therapist, I believe that making the first step asking for help is courageous. My role is to assist and walk with you during the most vital and vulnerable moments facing life challenges and your healing journey. My goal is to offer a safe and therapeutic place for you to be your most authentic self. I work with adolescents, college-aged individuals, and adults. I am passionate about helping individuals that experienced sexual trauma, PTSD, the LGBTQIA+ community, identity issues, navigating life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and co-dependency.
I’m trained in EMDR Therapy and gender-affirming care letter writing. My therapeutic approach is integrative with trauma-informed, strength-based, emotional regulation, and mindfulness practices. I will explore and create a unique and individualized treatment plan for your needs. My clinical experience has been with acute to severe diagnosis.
While starting therapy amidst life’s obstacles may be overwhelming, I am committed to providing a space where we will build the therapeutic relationship at your own pace.
