Channeling through life moments despite how troubling, traumatic or challenging they are requires some sort of "emotional grit." These experiences create responses and behaviors that are not healthy for us - anxiety, depression, impulsivity, anger, addiction etc. At times, these situations are out of our control and stem from our relationship experiences from childhood to now. There is room for growth despite what we have been through. We need Empathy that is genuine and a safe space to HEAL as we go in depth into our experiences and desire to create a value in us as we take time to "breathe, process, and heal," without bias!
In a world full of labels, it can be easy for us to act as if Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Relationships issues define us, rather than being PART of us. Experiences we have in life and how we respond to them have good (fun/joy) and bad consequences (trauma/grief). Mental health does not define our character, how we respond to experiences SPEAKS of it.
I provide a "safe space" that allows you to share what is on Your Heart! With Legal and Ethical obligations to you, I have the opportunity to explore with you, through "confidential conversations," and assist you in reflecting on those areas of your life that are sensitive and sacred, and may be too fragile to share with others! Now, Watch YOU Grow!
