I have experience working with and I am part of the LGBTQ+ community.
I have worked with clients who experience depression, anxiety, relationship and peer conflict, and stressful life transitions. My approach includes Person-Centered Therapy, Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also solution-focused and work in a way that is very open and honest with my clients.
