I see a range of clients, but particularly trauma survivors, moms, and anyone who has been holding a lot and is ready to set some of it down. They come from all walks of life to navigate trauma, a difficult perinatal and/or postpartum season, anxiety, relationship stress, or just the difficulties life generally has to offer. I am trained in and utilize both EMDR and ART. Similarly, I pull from different modalities depending on what would be helpful to you in the moment. My goal is to figure out what actually works for you, and meet you where you are.
I specialize in treating trauma, perinatal and postpartum mental health struggles, and supporting women — including survivors of domestic violence. Using EMDR and ART, I help clients process and heal what they've been carrying. I also work with anxiety, relationships, parenting, and everyday stress, tailoring each session to the individual I am seeing.
