My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many are navigating anxiety, behavioral challenges, trauma, life transitions, or family stress. Some children struggle to express emotions, and parents may feel unsure how to help. I provide a safe, supportive space and use strength-based approaches, CBT, play therapy, and sandtray therapy to help clients build coping skills, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change.
