Experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulty focusing, or an overall feeling of being stuck can often lead people to seek counseling. If that’s you, I applaud your efforts to make changes in your life. People often want to make changes but don’t know how, leading to repeating painful patterns or increasing feelings of depression and anxiety. We would together to identify and resolve core experiences having a negative impact on your life, making space for the changes you’ve been working toward.
In my practice, I specialize in working with people that have experienced trauma, neurodiverse, and LGBTQIA+ people with the goals of feeling unstuck and better able to cope with life’s ups and downs. Through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), other approaches, and a healthy dose of humor, we work together to help you move forward in life.
You are the expert in you, aware of your inner experience, and looking to improve your daily life. Through a collaborative approach, I'm here to support you in making the changes you want in your life. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, let’s schedule a time to talk more about your goals.
