I also have specialized training and experience supporting individuals recovering from spiritual abuse and harmful or toxic religious environments.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate relational, somatic, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques to help clients develop insight, resilience, and lasting change.
