Modalities used in my work include, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), all with a trauma-informed and culturally attuned lens.
I specialize in supporting survivors of sexual trauma and dating or domestic violence and find joy in working with college students, BIPOC women, and young adults. I integrate evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and somatic work to help you learn new coping skills, build safety, feel grounded, and foster self-compassion.
