Making the decision to start therapy can be challenging and overwhelming but taking that first step can be the start of a new beginning. I am a clinical social worker with 10 years experience working in a variety of settings including child welfare, substance misuse and dual diagnosis clinic, outpatient mental health practice and residential treatment.
I have experience working with adults and teens with many types of struggles and goals including prenatal and post partum support, remission from addiction, trauma, interpersonal relationships, juggling life/school/work responsibilities, family stresses and caregiver support. I offer sessions in the early morning, evenings and weekends.
I provide therapy through telehealth which means you start your journey right from your own comfy couch. My goal is to create a caring comfortable environment where you feel safe to unpack whatever's on your mind. We'll tackle the ups and downs, and I'll be right there cheering you on. We may laugh, we may cry but we are in this together.
