As a working mother and New Jersey native, I am keenly aware of the pressures and stressors that teens and adults endure today, as well as the challenges associated with managing various roles. My approach to therapy helps teens, college students and adults gain an understanding into their thoughts and behaviors. We will spend time discussing experiences in your past that might be contributing to how you are feeling. Gaining insight into why certain things are happening can be incredibly impactful in helping you make long-term positive change.
Through the convenience of teletherapy in New Jersey, New York, and across the country via PsyPact, we’ll work together to explore and process difficult emotions in a safe environment.
