I specialize in supporting children and families through a family-systems lens and hold a Child Welfare Certificate from FAU. I take a client-centered approach, using CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy to support clients facing anxiety, depression, substance use, and major life transitions.
